A friend and her family came to help with the clean-up from the fire. They were able to meet Elijah and Elizabeth.
One night some of our friends ate with us also…JD, Irma, Isabella and Max…The pictures tell it all…
Living Simply to Please Jesus while Simply Loving One Another

Wonderful to see you all smiling and life continuing! God is faithful and He is the ONLY promise maker and keeper. He will bring beautfy from the ashes!
What He has planned from this none of us know but I trust it bless all of our socks right off! Who is being brought to the Kingdom because of your faithfulness? Who is being brought closer to His feet because you share the truth? Who is learning to rejoice in everything because of your circumstance? Who is learning to be content and not covet? I was thinking about all of this after I first read your story and so many were asking why your family?
God isn’t a God that He should be questioned. He is a God that wants to be all about Him and not about what we can do or our best plans. His ways are higher and oh goodness so much better.
Where we see pain He sees opportunity for glory and light!
Where we see a dead end – He sees a road of endless possibilities.
Where we see loss – He sees the greatest gain.
I hope as time passes your heart will ache less each day for the things of the past and what He has waiting for all of us will replace those hurts with the greatest gift He gave – once and for all.
Blessings to your family and covering you in prayer as you walk each day moment by moment!
Jill
Continuing to pray for your family as you work through the aftermath.
It truly is wonderful to see all the smiling faces. Friendship is so sweet.
the pictures all look so happy. i love it.
(and i am EXTREMELY amazed that Lori cooperated for pictures with her hair curly!!!!!!!)
Love the happy pictures.
But where on earth are YOU? I agree, take lots and lots of pictures. But every once in awhile attach yourself to one of your deliciously adorable children and insist that someone take a picutre of them with their mama.
We love you. Happy Sunday.
What a wonderful time to be with Lori. BTW, I love Elijah’s bib. We have ALL of those bibs. They are the best in the world…catch anything.
I too am so happy you got such great pictures of your house. I’m so sorry you are going through this. My heart hurts with you,Linny. After we all get well at our house, the kids want to go shopping for your kids. They already know what they want to get them.
