Today we intended to go work on some more inventorying, but a snowstorm made us rethink that decision. It is cold at the house without any real heat and so dampwith the heavy snow coming down.
We did go over to check on things and feed the cats. While inside Dw decided to “paint the walls” up in the loft and I joined in….I think you agree – they look stinkin’ awesome now!! Below is our bedroom door, which was upstairs off the loft. If you notice the speckles on this third picture….I am not an environmental scientist but the pictures were taken one after the other….I keep my camera tucked under my sweatshirt AND coat in a little case…but by the time of the third picture the camera does not want to work and the speckles show up….it has to do with the heavy chemicals that permeate the air – I am convinced. It only does it at the house after I have my camera out to take a few pictures….just imagine what our lungs would be like without our masks……TOXIC!!
What a cool way to declare the Lord’s presence in your home.
God does indeed reign. I agree, it’s an awesome way to declare the Lord’s presence where you are.
You guys are so stinkin awesome. You go Dw and Linn… declare it… preach it… tell it to the world… God delights in you both. We love you very much! 🙂 -jen
What a cool way to declare the Lord’s presence in your home.
You guys continue to amaze me. You ROCK!
THAT is awesome!
I LOVE IT!!! Praise the Lord our God!
Wow! I’m glad you reclaimed in His Name, what the devil would try to kill, steal or destroy!
AND, that’s why I love Colorado…the snow looks beautiful and you location is georgous. May you enjoy it’s beauty again soon!!!
Linny, that looks so cool!! I thought of the temps the other day and how cold it must be for you all to spend hours out there. Stay warm!
Dwight & Linn,
I just thought I'd share a verse I am memorizing right now:
Isaiah 25:9-NIV
In that day {we} will say,
"Surely this is our God;
we trusted in Him and He saved us.
This is the LORD, we trusted in Him;
let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation."
I thought it was appropriate before the 'angel of the LORD' post, but now it is even more so 🙂 Whether we like the means or not, He is always in the business of saving–YAY!!!

Taking every WALL captive for Christ! You go, girl! Still praying for you and your re-settling process.
This is great!! Love it … reclaim your home, your life, as your own and as His!! There’s a glimmer of hope there, too, I think. Your spirit can’t be destroyed!
All the best,
Nicole A. in OH
AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
🙂
Amie
You are amazing people. How great is to know you… KJ
I see the writing on the wall!!!! What a great testimony to the Lord! I cannot believe how there is such a film on that last picture. (I had to backspace and take out the last exclamation mark that I typed on that sentence because I thought three sentences in a row with exclamation marks was overkill!) … whoops there I go again. Your blog just gets me all excited Linn.
God bless, Lisa C.
I love it!
i love it! it’s like smacking satan in the face… such a pleasure!
My sister believes orbs in pictures are angels. The only time my camera has picked them up was right after our son died and then we had orbs in several pictures taken in our house. I am not one to believe in things like this (normally) but I did find it profound that angels would be here at that time.
Perhaps the orbs are angels still watching over you in the house–as referred to in your last post.
Sending prayers your way in such a difficult time . . . Ann
Declaring it into all the heavenlies—I love it!
You are so stinkin cute, I can’t stand it. What a great idea, and how theraputic it must have been to you both. Praise Jesus! You are right, sister, He does Reign!
You are still in my prayers,
Michele
Despite the awful situation, these pictures made me smile. You guys are the best. Our Jesus reigns, for sure. I’m still prayin’!
