My bloggy friend Pam has a blog carnival that she plays on the week-ends…it just always grabs my heart, but I haven’t ever done it before. Since the fire and as I walk thru life I am convinced more and more that I just “don’t wanna miss this moment.”
Some moments I definitely don’t want to miss:The other day I found Elijah had climbed onto the island where there is a prep sink…and like all good mommies I grabbed my camera….cause I just don’t want to miss this moment…Let’s see, I think mom turns this….Ummm, maybe not….Maybe this is the trick….Ummmm, how in the world does this thing work….Whew, this is gonna be fun….Notice green cup filled with juice in backgroundIt really must be this thing…..Well no, maybe she moves this….
Maybe it’s “cup activated” Ditch the stupid cup!! It must be LIKE THIS!!!!!! (argh)…
All this work can make a guy hungry…..let’s see if I can scrounge up a little grub…
Too funny!! I'm so glad to know that my house isn't the only one where food is left out on the counter by nameless gnomes. 🙂
Boys will be boys. Cute, cute. I love him.
Absolutely loved this post and all the photos.
Oh Linny—what a sweet little angel boy. I smiled all the way through 🙂
Have a very blessed weekend with your special family. Trusting you're feeling a whole lot better. Go on, I dare you—go and eat a good ol' hotdog :):)
Love it, love it, love it!!! I think my thankful Thursday would say I am thankful for cameras that can catch all of these precious moments. : )
Too precious!
Linny,
Bless you for letting the precious moments happen. So many would scream: "no, don't, get down from there…" … etc. In allowing a child (children) to explore at the moment, in his/her own way creates a special kind of learning… AND patience from a special Mom.
Warm hugs to you…
Barbara Lyman
Too Hilarious!! What a cutie-pie!!!
I'm amazed he didn't wash the floor for you!
What precious moments. They grow up so fast and you're so right as is your friend. We sure don't want to miss a moment.
Cute little guy…I love it. Hugs and love
He looks so tiny in that sink!
Too cute!
I love your blog. I enjoyed reading it today.
I had some time to do some blog hopping…
This month I am posting on our Disney trip plus a June giveaway…..plus a new grandson that will arrive on Tuesday….
I'm amazed that he never knew you were there snapping photos. He's adorable, but I agree with Jenn–he looks so tiny in the sink!
He is so cute! I love how you treasure every moment! You are an awesome Mom!!
BTW- I forgot to say in the last post- that I hope you are all feeling better soon. Nothing worse than the stomach flu- yuck.
