How In the World Did I Do That??

I looked at my post from yesterday and somehow the pictures of Baba meeting his precious Jubilee Promise didn’t load….I don’t know about you, but those are always my favorites – the ‘meeting’….so I am giving you a peek and hopefully it will make up for no post on Christmas Day…. 😉

Meeting Baba

She went straight to Graham – Isaiah did that in Ch*na too….
how crazy is that??She was chattering away in Chinese telling us something and
she was sooo excited!!

  1. I love all the pictures from both days. It was such a privilege to meet Jubilee – I'm so thrilled that we were here. Your family looks so great together and I know the good times have just begun. Love you guys so much and I am so much more than excited for you!! I'm not sure what the word for that is! ENJOY

  2. I love living another adoption vicariously through you! God is so good! His mercy endures forever. His love knows no end. What a precious love of one father for his daughter, and no greater love than our Father has for us.

    You all look soooooooo happy!

  3. She is just precious and so amazing to go so readily to her new family/Baba. My daughter I adopted at about her age would not hold my hand, would not sit near me, was VERY unhappy I took her from the orphanage and took more than a year to bond much at all. I will say she did no screaming in China, for which I am grateful LOL! This little one looks so thrilled to have a family! I am so happy for her and for all of you!

  4. BEAUTIFUL photos of your family all together! LOVE it!! 🙂 And it's so nice to see Jubilee in DW's arms, too… he did such a good job keeping up the blog during your travels… I'm gonna have to remember to have someone set up to post for us when we travel, too! We SO enjoyed following along on your journey and singing praises that this was indeed the "year of Jubilee"!!!

Have a blessed New Year and enjoy your family time with your latest gift from above!! <><

    Love,
    Tanya

  5. What fun photos! Don't you wish you knew what Jubilee was chattering about? And I love the "Life Is Good" t-shirt. They are my favorite…mine has a coffee mug on the front since I'm such a coffee addict!!! Speaking of…I need to go refill my mug.

  6. I LOVE the look of PURE JOY on your face, Linny. There is a sense of deep love and peace in these pictures. Thank you for sharing. Your family was in my prayers the entire time away…and you too!

  7. So great to see Jubilee with her family!! Everybody looks so happy meeting their new sister and daughter!!

Dreams do come true and our Dear Lord answers our prayers!! Thank you Jesus!!

  8. Oh friend! Finally checking in from snowy Michigan, where I have been way away from the computer . . .

I'm loving the homecoming, and all of the pictures. I'm loving even more so, the fact that God has kept His promise (of course), and Jubilee is HOME now where she belongs, surrounded by her family . . . hissy fits and all!

Thank you Linny and Dwight for letting us share in this very long journey with you. The ups . . . the downs . . . the praying . . . the pleading . . . the mountains . . . and . . . the mountains REMOVED!! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!!

WELCOME HOME Jubilee Promise! Oh what a treasure you are! Oh what a picture of God's perfect faithfulness!

Congratulations Saunders Family on your newest smiling girl! A precious promise come true!!

    Love to you all!

    Tina

  9. Oh how I love seeing these pictures. My favorite still has to be from yesterday with Jubilee sitting on her daddy's lap. This precious miracle…it's something that is so incredible and awe-inspiring. Our God is so faithful. Hugs and love

  10. Merry Christmas, Linny and family! You are WAY ahead of us – I just turned the puter on for the first time since getting home on Christmas Day! Glad to hear that all is going well on your home front – AOK here, too! God is GREAT!

  11. Beautiful pictures. Love all the love in the pictures too. I have a serious question for you on another note. We started the process of an adoption from Ethiopia and asked our (Alliance Church) to be able to make announcements about fundraisers and such that we are doing and they said nothing can be said about it. The alliance churches will only allow mission work to be talked about and such and such, so we were kind of concerned about this and how we will get the word out to raise money in a small town where family and friends are not very accepting of this. Then not having your churches support as well. Any thoughts? You can email me at funk50@charter.net if you don't want to post it on the blog(www.campfunk.blogspot.com) Thanks again for your time and I know you are seriously crazy busy right now1
    Blessings

  12. I'm sitting at my computer weeping. I've been reading your blog for over a year now and have prayed continually for your precious family. I've been away from my blogs for a bit and came back to the beautiful news that sweet, amazing Jubilee is home. God, you are soooo GOOD!! Congratulation sweet family…I am so happy for you! Blessings, stacy
