It’s been a couple of months since I “updated” you, my sweet bloggy friends,
with how my Crown of Splendor is comin’ in.
I just snapped these two pictures a few minutes ago.
One in natural light and one in our foyer.
I got it cut yesterday and she said, that in the front bang area,
probably one cut and it will be all gray.
eeeeek
I am soooo excited.
And on a really fun note: I have to tell you….
there are three ladies at church that are “going for it” now too!!
I am so stinkin’ tickled.
Whatcha think?
“Gray hair is a crown of splendor;
it is attained by a righteous life.”
Proverbs 16:31 {niv}
I love it! Looks great. 😉
Grey hair is beautiful. I've got some strands growing! 🙂
I was just thinking of your hair and what it was looking like during one of my quiet moments in China!!! You are looking great!!!
I have a few that I usually pull but ya know, I may just let them live permanently on my head after reading
"Gray hair is a crown of splendor;
it is attained by a righteous life."
You look BEAUTIFUL! I wish all women would just go gray and spend that extra money on maybe something like orphans 🙂
It's great!!!!
I love it! Wish I had it in me to go for it. Not quite there yet. : )
Since my head covered in gray and white with only a bit of black left…what can I say! You look fantastice!
Looking good. Have a great rest of the day. x
Looks Great! I love it! Janet
You look beautiful!
You look great! U r brave and such an inspiration! ♥
Beautiful!! Hugs
I think you look FABULOUS!!!!!
Awesome. Wish I had the nerve to go grey.
Love it!!!
I grew my color out in the months before my wedding 4 years ago, because I actually wanted my natural brown color for my wedding day. Just something I always wanted to do/have. And I've never dyed again! I plan to keep it this way, and I LOVE it!
It looks beautiful Linny! Congrats!

I am letting my black hair go natural and it is white, quite a contrast but I am ready !
You wear it it incredibly well! you look beautiful!
I think it is looking CLASSY!
Love it! My mom-in-law has had the most beautiful gray hair for many years. It looks like it will be a pretty look for you too!
I think it looks cool! You should get a pink Harley to go with it!
I think it looks really great! Your inner beauty shines through and makes that crown of splendor even more spectacular! I do truly love it!
It looks beautiful! I hope mine will come in that pretty when I go gray. I only have a few random gray hairs right now, but I haven't colored my hair in 2 years and I do have to fight the urge to highlight it to hide the on-coming gray. I know it's a waste of money though and it's not very healthy for me either.
Kuddos to you for embracing beauty at every age!
You are a fox…. a babe…. one beautiful lady, wild thing you make my heart sing! Just sayin… cause I can… LYBLL
Love it! I'm embracing my gray (at 40 I am starting to add a lot more salt to my pepper.)
As expected you look gorg
Gorgeous. Simply gorgeous! I'm enjoying my natural journey, too. The little gray I have is still coming in nicely. Isn't it amazing how irredescent and sparkly gray looks in natural sunlight? Your haircut is nice, too. Sassy! 😉
I think it will look quite striking on you since your face is so young and healthy looking. I will admit, I had been wondering how it was looking. Looks good!
<3 Megan (not Carter, haha)
Your hair looks great!
And can you please tell Isaiah I'm sorry I missed the birthday post yesterday…I've been reading this blog since you went to get that sweet boy, and I just think he is one of the sweetest little guys in the world! Happy birthday, Isaiah! We love you way over here in Michigan!! : )
Love it! Can't wait to see how it looks in April! (haha. I'm just a tiny bit excited for y'all to get here. 😉 )
brave girl you! I let my hair go grey naturally when I was about 42 and have been asked if I want senior discount since then. Not yet 50 but not having the hassle of dying is worth the comments. You will love it and it is looking great already!

I love it, and love Dwights comment too!
That is a beautiful thing Linny.
I think that letting it go natural is the equivalent of a guy refusing to do a comb over….LOL
P.S.
I just got a hair cut yesterday….ROFL
just saying…
Lovely, Linny!
I have hair down to the middle of my back and I totally intend on just letting it turn grey.
I'm a hair freak but I still think the grey will be beautiful!
LOVE IT! Seriously!
I'm a hair stylist and I think change is not such a bad thing! I think it's great that you're going for it! So many people listen to what everyone else says and I love a client who does what THEY want! =)
I love it! It's such a pretty color.
I think you are brave! And beautiful!
The most beautiful woman in the world to me was my grandmother. She never dyed her hair once. I grew up thinking, "When I get old, I want to look like her!" She had a godly beauty and elegance about her that was regal. So love what you're doing!
