Thinkin’

Whoooa.
Did you see how many folks linked up?
I am so excited.
Now, let’s see how many we can bless.
Rebecca {#15} wrote to thank me and said that they had had 200 more hits than normal in the first few hours of linking.  Then they said that they had 200 hits through the night.
The stories that I’ve peeked at are beautiful.
How can we help?
How can you help?
Please pray about what you can do.
Even if you only picked one family –
that would be huge! Even just $5.00!!
Let’s show some crazy love.  It will be a blast, and I am convinced that Almighty God is gonna’ bless you like crazy.
Truly.
Helping a treasure {or more} come home it is scriptural.  It says, “True religion is to care for the orphan and widow.”  Helping them come home is caring for them.  It’s action.
Amy Carmichael said, “You can give without love, but you can’t love without giving.”
{Totally love Amy Carmichael.}
Ya’ know I was thinkin’
…..
We only have so many spins on this ol’ earth…
What better thing to do then to help an orphan come home?
Can’t think of much better.
In fact, other than bringing one home ourselves, I can’t think of anything better.

  1. It was so fun to read through all the stories and see His hand working. This was or should i say is an awesome idea of yours to show case these families….to give us a chance to help and bless the least of these.

Do you get to pick up your little treasure on the Go Trip next month?

    Blessings,
    Relle

  2. Thank you for this opportunity! I discovered your blog a few months ago and have loved every minute I've spent reading here. Your heart for these children shows through every word you write! I am enjoying having the privilege to read each story and spend time praying for each need!

  3. I hear ya sister!!! Life could not be more wonderful than it is with my treasures!!! And heck, I would have never met my VT had we not brought home our first Chinese treasure!

  4. I also want to thank you for this opportunity to join with others who are seeking to bring home some wonderful children! I'm going to read through each story and add each family to my prayer list. If your readers will pray for us all, that will be amazing! "The fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

  5. Linny, I'm still not that "blog" savvy, so I'm not sure how to tell how many looked at my link, but I did get several comments from new people that came over from your page to say that they were praying! Thank you, Linny, for doing this. I've been blessed already by the sweet words of YOUR followers and their prayers. Thank you, thank you!! XOXO
