Remember The Two Little Brothers From the Slums?

Last month I wrote a post entitled
It was about two little boys who live in the slums.
Two little brothers that I was watching play one day.
Eating rocks.

Remember?
And then one was almost trampled in a crowd.
Fifty-five of you commented how broken your heart was.
So many of you said you would pray for them.
Remember?
Well, Miracle-working, Mountain-moving, Awe-inspiring, Gasp-giving God has been moving on their behalf.
OH YES HE HAS!!!
Because of YOUR prayers.
He is soooo faithful –
Because His heart is FOR the orphan!!
Read the continuation of their beautiful story here.

  1. oh Linny….i pray for these precious boys throughout every day! To see them safe, fed, healthy and happy…."Oh Father thank you! Oh Thank YOU for saving these precious boys"…a stone of remembrance will be placed in my memory box to represent those two precious lambs sucking on rocks and now living in a safe haven! My heart is bursting with joy at the faithfulness of the Lord to hear and act upon our prayers! His Unfailing Love shining through! Emma, bless her precious heart, gets to see it first hand…the reward for her faithful heart! What joy! What answered prayer! 2 more down and 163million to go! Can't wait to see what the Lord is going to do next!! Jumping for joy and praise!

Thank you for posting this praise report…you have no idea how much my heart needed to hear this!<3

  2. I got chills when I read about how God provided for those little boys…and all because a few prayed. Praise God for providing and bless those who did pray.

  3. Praising Jesus that these little ones are safe! So thankful that He has rescued them!

Linny, I haven't visited you here in a couple of weeks because….I've been in Uganda!! 🙂 Was so excited to read that your GO team left for Uganda the day after I did! How fun to think I was there at the same time as them – maybe even passed by them and didn't even know it! 😉 So thankful for the work they are doing in being the hands and feet of Jesus, and praying for their safe return home.

  4. Oh Thank You Jesus for taking care of these precious treasures that I Called by my own grandsons names! I am so very happy to know that they are safe and to know their names!! Crying tears of joy that God is so so faithful! Janet

  5. Yay! I have thought about those boys often, and I shared with my family the story you had posted about them. Prayers were being lifted for them, and God answered.
