The Zoo!

The zoo animals were screamin’ for a visit……
so we had to go…
Aren’t porcupines the coolest?
I am so fascinated by them!

So fun to look at pictures of Jubilee…
thriving in our family…
Oh, if only 163 million others had the opportunity for family….

The sharks were amazing….

So proud of our son,
so thankful for all the sacrifices he and Sarah
{and all the others around the world} have made
Some of our boys…

Some of our girls…

Rubber snakes have almost the same effect
as real ones….

And no matter what,
big brothers never seem to outgrow the need
 to tease little sisters….
Always thankful for family.

  1. Is that the Pt. Defiance Zoo?
We lived near there for 4 years when our oldest was little. It is an awesome place!
Enjoy your time there. Blessings to you all!
Still praying for Karl and all.

  2. SWEET family pictures, Linny! I can't wait to see those two more girls in the mix!
I haven't commented, but I've been following Karl's healing progress and praying praying praying…

  3. Looks like a fun day! I was wondering if you could give us an update on Emma's leg. I've been praying for her, and am hoping that the infection is clearing up.

  4. Love the zoo pics (just how did you cue the bird (falcon?) to fly at that moment!wow!)…such sweetness…such memories made! So thankful for this precious family time you have! So important!

    How's Emma's leg? Been praying!

i had been noticing Jubilee's growth spurts and her deep, immense happiness, love and contentment ever since you brought her home…by leaps and bounds she has grown and flourished that it just makes your whole heart just smile and sing His Praises for her and her forever family! This is how it should be for every child every where! Awesome!

Ready for tomorrow and the day of fasting and prayer for Karl. A friend sent me this link on another friend who experienced a traumatic brain injury…thought it might prove useful in the coming days…

Praying unceasingly for all of you and the situations needing prayer.

"Jesus looked up and said, "Father, I thank You that You have heard Me." John 11:41

    He hears our prayers…blessings 2 u! <3

  5. Still so very grateful for God working it out to meet you! I love seeing pictures of you guys in "our town"! 🙂

And I kinda sorta can't wait (at all) to come see your town!

So glad you guys had fun at the zoo – and it was a blessing getting to hug you!
