The internet can be used for such wretched things.
But it can also be used for beautiful gifts from the Lord.
And so it is with bloggy friends….
Way back when we were living in our little log home I received an email from a woman that caught my attention. We had so much in common it was almost scary.
Was this chick stalking me or
just making all the things up that we had in common?
{j/k girlfriend}
I eventually wrote her back and said that I had wanted to take my time to respond to her email because it had touched my heart so. And one thing led to another and soon we were talking and eventually meeting for the first time
the last time we were in San Francisco.
This trip Sally suggested that she bring the whole gang to meet us….and so they came….her gang and my gang….playing on the Berkley Campus….walking to eat pizza….laughing…..kids running all over the grass playing tag….while my big kids and her Lu walked for frozen yogurt…
Here’s what our two families gathered looks like
except that 5 of Sally’s kids were missing
and
actually 8 of ours were missing…
So let’s see: 5 + 8 = 13 missing
I guess that means we just have to add 13 faces to the picture
and you would have our grand total {so far}.
That ain’t too shabby, right?
We can say that our lives are so richly blessed by so
many of you in the bloggy world…
and how fun is that when a bloggy/virtual twin
kind of friend turns
into a “for keeps” real life friend.

My best adoptive mom friend whom I seem to have so much in common with actually stalked me. Our husbands thought we were a little nutty when we met for the first time. Isn't it so cool and yet weird at the same time?
