They Already Put it on You Tube…..

Although we would rather they referred to our kids as we do {Special Needs}…the piece is a beautiful reminder of the plight of the 163,000,000 orphans and the faithfulness of God in providing a rescue for our littlest treasure.  How we praise His name for continuing to spread the message in ways we couldn’t have dreamed of!

  1. Linny,
What a great piece to bring light to the world about all the orphans. Thank you for all that you and DW are doing to bring this subject to the forefront. I so love how happy Ruby looks in their interview. She will already witnessing to those who hear her story and she can't even talk! Praise God!

  2. Just plain old blubbering watching this! I love this was done for the hospital, and God will touch so many hearts for adopting the "unadoptable" Your Ruby (it's so bad I think of her in the collective our) truly is one of God's greatest blessings.

  3. Awwwww. Was great to see the kiddos, and the 'interview' answers too. My favorite was seeing Ruby with her Daddy. 🙂

Although…I have to admit the Mama Bear in me bristled at their description of the kids being "not perfect." I was thinking…what do you mean "not perfect?" Of COURSE they're perfect!!

  4. Oh….the tears are flowing!! Love your family!! Love your hearts!! LOVE RUBY!! You are changing lives!! Praising HIM tonight for the love that pours onto these pages so the world can SEE! You are truly blessed!
    In Him,
    E

  5. This is a beautiful video! Not just to praise the work of that hospital, but to bring glory to God who reaches down and saves the most needy of us all. Thank you for being faithful witnesses of Jesus' extravagant love towards us.

  6. This is a beautiful video! Not just to praise the work of that hospital, but to bring glory to God who reaches down and saves the most needy of us all. Thank you for being faithful witnesses of Jesus' extravagant love towards us.

  7. Oh My Goodness Linny! I teared up but then couldn't quit smiling because its one thing to see everyone in pictures but to see you moving and to hear your voice it was just wonderful! The kids are even more beautiful moving and interacting together! Sending so much love your way!

  8. Thank you, Linny and family, for showing us what God's unconditional love looks like. Thank you also for your example of trusting in and leaning fully on God for His provision and care.

  9. It is a wonderful message and your family did a beautiful job. I thought it was so funny that they showed all the action going on…drums..and dancing. Totally reminds me of our family. haha Adorable! Little Ruby's a star. Precious, DW, how you sang to her. So precious. She does love her daddy. 🙂

  10. This is beautiful! So wonderful to see your family reaching so many and changing so many lives. Your willingness to be obedient to the Lord is sweet to so many souls! What a wonderful and awesome treat to watch your family serve the Lord!

  11. Hey you guys look great! Glad they are providing Ruby's story. It is inspirational just to see that the starving kids in africa or elsewhere don't have to die even when they look in such dire condition. I think it will encourage people to help, knowing that all is not lost. Agree about special needs or just not giving it a name – not perfect – lets see, who is???? That's why Christ came to save us all.

  12. Ok, I'm setting here in my living room. All my little home schoolers and toddlers asleep still…with tears running down my face. Beautiful testimony of God's goodness…

  13. What a great witness! I loved how they kept the song "Oh, How I love Jesus" in the newscast.

Also, I enjoyed hearing Dw and Linny talk. It was good to hear what you sound like after reading your blog for such a long time.

  14. Oh how this blessed me! May many more hearts be opened to this marvelous love of God just longing to touch other needy lives… all for His glory. Your children are jewels!

  15. Oh Linny, what a beautiful story! A beautiful picture of your amazing family, and a beautiful picture of God's amazing love. So thankful for the platform He is giving you all to advocate for orphans and bring Him all glory! Love you guys so much! (and good to see your sweet face again!)

  16. Beautiful…just beautiful! I love seeing rolls on those arms and legs that were once so frighteningly skinny! continuing to pray for your family!

  17. That brought tears to my eyes! Thanks for sharing it with us! It was really nice seeing and hearing you guys…absolutely loved daddy singing to Ruby!

  18. Believing hearts are cracked wide open. Beautiful and your family is perfect….fearfully and wonderfully made.
    Love you guys…..Lori Florida

  19. SUCH a great piece. God is using you in such beautiful ways. It was so fun getting to see you all in action!! I especially loved hearing your voices. 🙂

  20. I too bristled at "not perfect" they are more than perfect just as they are, and you are perfect parents because you love as God does unconditionally. May God continue to bless you and may this imperfect piece be used for God's greater glory to reach as many people as possible.

  21. So cool to get to hear your voices to go along with what I read from you!

I'm just echoing what everyone else has already said, but I know it is so sweet to His ears to hear you guys give Him glory like that.

Also, hearing DW singing to Ruby was priceless. So sweet to see the love between a daddy and his daughter!

  22. This is amazing! I've been following your blog for a number of months now but this clip brought tears to my eyes as I saw your beautiful family in action! Praying many were touched by your story to support the hospital and some also to adopt the precious orphans in our world.

  23. Oh, my stars. Hearing your voice, Linny. I've been reading your blog for ages (not lurking…I've made some comments! 🙂 ), and somehow hearing your voice was like knowing you even more. Wow! Didn't expect that blessing.

Your hearts, echoing God's heart, come through loudly and clearly. Treasures, is the word that ran through my mind, as I watched you both gazing at ALL of your beautiful children.

What a blessing you are, and how the Lord's name is magnified through your love for Him walked out right here in real life through HOW YOU LIVE. Choosing to live with Open Eyes means learning the true blessing and joy that awaits us right here on earth, doesn't it?! You all shine with it. Living inside out.

Thank you for sharing, as you always do. It is edifying and has so often called me up and out.

  24. I loved this! Oh my goodness. I have you on my blog roll, but somehow, I forgot reading about your blog and recently rediscovered it. But oh my gosh, loved it! And yes, newscasters will say whatever they want, but they let your husband sing "Oh, How I Love Jesus" so we're spreading the news out there![: This was wonderful and you have the most beautiful children! I don't know if you've read any other adoption blogs, but nogreaterjoymom.com is another Christian mom who's adopted four little girls, and they're bringing their fifth one home! And the newest one is fourteen pounds at fourteen years old.
