Never

Never.
Never.
Never.
Never.
Never enough pictures.
Never enough time.
Never enough laughing.
Never enough talking.
Never enough memories.
Never enough moments.
Never enough hugs.
Never enough.
Never ever enough.
As a parent of grown children, others understand.
As the parent of a son in the Speci*l Forces, there is never, ever, ever, enough.

Ever.

Always thankful, but feeling it deep on our souls today.

  1. Awww, Linny. So sad for you – it's gotta be hard to say good-bye again. Praying for you tonight my friend.

And Tyler, thank you to you, your sweet wife, and baby girl for your corporate sacrifice on our nation's behalf. You are appreciated and prayed for!

  2. Hugs to Tyler will you and tell him thanks from a former AF person. I loved this post. I know it's hard to count the moments spent with my son and wife and grandkids now. All precious time. Can't wait til the 4th when they will be here for dinner. Long time since they've been here even though they are 35 miles from here. Life is busy. Take care and thanks for sharing the fun fotos! Love Ruby looking at Tyler!

  3. Oh, Linny, my heart resonates!
I had all of my 7 treasures home at Easter, but it was short. There was very little time for the entire family as my DH had to work the weekend.
We were just able to Skype with my Navy son yesterday. Amazing how fast a Mama can run when one child says, "I've got Caleb on Skype!"

So glad, though, for your time. So sweet to see the new baby, and the surprise of Abigail coming too…made my heart smile.

Blessings from another mom who gets it!
