This Morning She’ll Be An Ambassador

 Wondering if we could hit you guys up for a bit of prayer this morning?

A few months back Artemis’ bosses asked if they could ride along into the field and see what Artemis does on a regular basis.

As the Lord would have it, both bosses chose to ride with Artemis the day she had her appointment with Ruby.

{No doubt the Lord was up to something.}

The bosses were each, independently, very moved by Ruby and her story.  Of course I showed them her “before” pictures and they were quite moved by our little miracle-treasure.

One of her bosses asked if I would be willing to take Ruby onto one of the local morning television shows to explain how much UCP {United Cerebral Palsy} has helped Miss Ruby.

I told the boss that I would speak to anyone, anywhere – as long as I could give credit to the Lord  – because we want the world to know – it’s only God’s miraculous grace that Ruby is even alive, let alone breaking every “they said she’d never do anything” barrier.

The other day I had to fill out the papers from UCP, giving them permission for the show.  The paperwork explains that Ruby is UCP’s “Ambassador”, how fun is that?

Anyway, the prayer need is this:

Ruby has many beautifully joyful days –
 but every now and then she has ‘blah’ days
{very common with brain trauma patients.}
So would you please join us in praying…
~That God would allow Ruby to be her
chatty, bubbly, giggly, lively and animated self
this morning?

~That God would soften hearts to see
the infinite value of Ruby
and all medically fragile treasures?

~That the Lord
would be glorified in it all?

Thanks so much sweet friends –
we are told that the segment will air tomorrow.
