It’s Gettin’ Late…

You guys are so amazing!
It has been so comforting to know that so many of you are still burdened with us.   It is also tremendously touching to hear that some of your children and spouses are asking how Karl is.
So very, very comforting.
Reminds me of the scripture:
“Help carry each others burdens.”
Galatians 6:2
Thank you also to Fireman’s Wife in TX for adding to and updating Karl’s Prayer Vigil.  Fireman’s Wife has graciously accepted the challenge of keeping the Prayer Vigil going.  She will also be updating any prayer needs of Karl’s so people know how specifically to pray.
Thank you sweet friend for being willing to do this for all of us!!
You are a wonderful blessing!
And thank you to all who have signed up to pray.
Today Karl has had little bits of improvements.
And it has been noticed by the nursing staff that anytime Autumn is in with Karl he is much more relaxed than at any other time.  She holds his hand and whispers to him and settles right in.  Sure makes her feel good too!
We have had a very nice day today with Tyler and Sarah
and I’m tuckered.   So I’ll update more in the morning.
Heading to bed…

  1. So happy to hear of more improvements…even if it is little bits! God is so good! Still praying and will continue. Continuing to pray for Ruby Grace and Sarah Jane! I can't wait till they are here:)

  2. Not sure if there is an August page on the spreadsheet but I am still praying for all of you every morning (and shooting up arrow prayers through out the day.

  3. Praying for Karl and the entire family. I've been thinking a lot about Autumn and praying for her because I've been there and know how hard it is. For some reason I couldn't get the prayer vigil to work for me last week, but I was praying. I tried again today and it worked! Just know that I am standing with you in prayer until Karl is healed.

    Blessings,
    Amy Patzer

  4. We are praying here in Lower Alabama, Linny. We will continue to do so until Karl is completely healed. We have not forgotten!
In fact, i made the picture of Karl and Autumn my background page on the computer. When it is on, everyone remembers to say a prayer for Karl.
(and let me tell ya, this thing is on ALL the time!)
    Love you,
    Alycia A

  5. Linny: We are all here – we are not going anywhere. Karl is not going to be forgotten. We are praying together, and praying together, until Karl is completely hearled, and home. Thank you to the Fireman's Wife for doing the spreadsheet – that is just fabulous. Please know that we are praying all of the time, even more than the times we have signed on the spreadsheet.
