Morning Update

The neurosurgeon has been in.  The tests confirm that there is a problem.
More extensive tests now.
She just had fluid drawn off her shunt and that will be checked.
They also shot dye in and will be going for a CT scan soon so they can see if all the cysts fenestrated {in previous surgeries}
 are still communicating with each other.
Thank you for your continued prayers.
She keeps crying now.
{Very, very, very unlike her.}

  1. Oh Linny, My heart breaks for Ruby and all of you. Please know that we are crying out to the Lord on your behalf. "Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." Heb. 4:16 This is God's child and He has a PERFECT plan for her beautiful, sweet, precious life!

  2. Hi Linny,
    i woke up last night about midnight and checked my phone. You had just posted about being in ER with Ruby.
    Now i know why God woke me up…to pray. Praying that your sweet girl will be better SOON, and that it will be something easily fixed.
    Much love,
    Alycia

  3. Oh Linny!! My heart is aching for you and Ruby! Praying for the Lord to guide the doctors with all wisdom, and for complete healing for Miss Ruby!! {{{HUGS}}} my friend!

  4. Praying for precious Ruby!! And for her precious mama 🙂
    Praising God that you were so close to the hospital… you obeyed Him and He is proving how very faithful He is!
    oxoxo,

  5. Oh, if you could feel my hug from across all the miles! Any mom who has sat at your child's bedside at the hospital knows what you are going through – and so does our loving Savior. He loves Ruby even more than you do (amazing to think that there is a 'more' than a mother's love)! I will be praying for His spirit to cover all of you and give you His peace and rest.

  6. Praying for you and Ruby…
