Delirious Cheering

“Come and see what our God has done,
what awesome miracles He performs for people!!”
Psalm 66:5
I know there have been quite a few Ruby posts of late.
No doubt, our sweet baby girl is making tremendous
strides that are downright crazy fun.
And frankly, this wild progress is just too
much to keep to ourselves –
in fact my head is spinning
with all the changes she is making!
I’m guessing Ruby’s peeps,
who have been praying for her since they
 first read about her,
 love her to pieces
and, no doubt, there is some
delirious cheering
going on around the world
for our miracle girl.
On Saturday we had a yard sale.
We are simplifying our lives
{ugh. How many times do we have to do this?}
and
attempting to get rid of everything
that wasn’t nailed down.
The kids and I were hanging around
together and taking turns helping with
Ruby…
At one point Savannah had her on
her lap and suddenly
Ruby attempted to pull herself up
as she reached for her toes.
Savannah put her in a sitting
position and held on to her waist
for balance.
Check this little treasure out:

Can you tell
Miss Ruby is so stinkin’ pleased with herself?
Between the weight of her precious head
and the Cerebral Palsy – look at her…
holding herself up…
She kept herself in a sitting position
for over FIVE minutes!!!
Can you believe her?
This Miracle of Ruby Grace
just keeps getting better and better.

Come and see what our God has done, what awesome miracles He performs for people!
Psalm 66:5

  1. I have been particularly praying for more progress for Ruby. The Lord saved her for something special! It will be fun to see how He continues to use her.
Praying for you, too, Linny. The Lord keeps bringing you to mind.
