I sent you two boxes last Saturday and an email that evening. The boxes should be to the church tomorrow (Sat) or early next week at the latest. (They are crawling across the country, apparently!) They are really heavy (~40 lbs each)! So please be careful lifting them!
So happy that so many people are helping in whatever way they can. God is so good!
Wow. How great is our God! It is so amazing to see how a community of people can come together like this. It just brings me to tears. I pray that your family will continue to be blessed. Thank you for the sweet comment you left on my blog. Your family is amazing. Lesley
Linny, I’ve had so much fun seeing them smile. My favorite pic is the messy room…that looks like Christmas morning. I love the monogrammed towels!!! Great idea. I know you were excited about that.
Thank you for your sweet comment on my blog. I was absolutely encapsulated by your story all DAY yesterday! I am praying for you and your beautiful family. We are in the process of adopting a little girl from Korea and God has planted a seed for another one from Uganda. I love your “adventure” story and am so inspired by you all. Thank you for sharing your story, and may God’s hand bless you abundantly! Love, Jayme
Wow and wow again! Have you been blessed or what? Great slideshow too. Love, love, love Elijah SMILING!! Good job E!
I’m trying to catch up on my commenting which has been scarce due to DH occupying the computer (doing taxes) this week. We also had to “unplug” one night due to a crazy lightening storm. I have been keeping up with you daily though– it would take a lot for me to miss my Simplicity fix. 🙂
Happy belated birthday to Graham, what a sweet surprise to have a visit from his dear friends! Loved G’s birth story and your nesting testimony, God is so faithful! I also must say that the “Yippee Jesus!” grafitti brought a tear to my eye! I’ve been keeping watch for a “ripped looking” Angel of the Lord (in miniature) . . . 🙂
Linny, I think of you so often, and of your Ty . . . I know Ty is hidden from the enemy by our mighty God!. Psalm 138:7 says, “Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me; You will stretch out Your hand against the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand will save me. Please Father protect Ty, and all who are serving.
Love you dear one. Praying that the rental house is still on track.
My heart sings for joy as I see the towels with your children’s names! Your family is so precious, and praise God for so many reaching out to you! I am reminded of Matthew 25:35-40 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me…The King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of thees brothers of mine, you did for me.’ Happy Valentine’s Day! Linn, It was so sweet of you to put together that little video for everyone to watch! Blessings, Lisa C.
WOW, what blessings! Thanks for the slide show!
This may sound silly, but I would have become a blathering idiot after opening the boxes of color coded towels, and the Boyd’s Bears. Just me.

What a BLESSING to watch GOD use fellow bloggers to BLESS you! It reminds me of a song we learned recently…
“Our God is SO BIG, so STRONG and so MIGHTY there’s NOTHING our GOD cannot do! (Clap, Clap)
On Valentine’s Day, we think of people
who have cheered and encouraged us,
who have been kind and caring,
who have enriched our lives just by being themselves.
