Thankful Thursday – Abi and Ryan are here!

This Thankful Thursday I am thankful for wonderfully memorable times with Abi and Ryan home…….

Laughing, playing, laughing some more, eating, baking, cooking, laughing, honest talks, presents, Abi’s birthday celebration, going out to eat at Carvers, Serious Texas, Oscars, walks, laughing some more, games of pool, and lots of snuggling…..how we treasure these times…

Don’t know why it looks like Elizabeth’s eye is black, but promise it’s not!Autumn and her dog, Polly Pocket
Lastly, please, please, please continue to pray for healing for Bryson. I talked to Sally about an hour ago and things are still very concerning. A note of encouragement that you are still praying is still okay (hint-hint) left on her blog here. The day of the surgery they expected to be home by noon. It is now his fourth day and he is not heading home yet. He is on IV morphine and tylenol with codiene. His pain is unbearable. Marissa (Bryson’s sister) is having a serious problem with her asthma at this time also. I can’t help but think that the enemy of our souls is ticked at how vocal Sally and Robert are for the orphan. Both Sally and Robert have been outspoken about the need for the church to care for the orphan. No doubt they are a threat! Please pray for complete healing for Bryson (and Marissa too) and for peace for both Sally and Robert and that the God of all comfort would send ministering angels to tend to their needs. And by the way, did I mention that you bloggy buddies are the best??!! xo

  7. Linn it is funny how “WE” mothers are!! My kids probably almost hate coming home after church on sundays, because my camera is always ready and waiting. I just cant have enough family pictures and if you are like me you just sit around sometimes and look at them with amazement and happiness in your heart. I cannot have children so this many years later to see how much God loves me and to see what he did for ME is just incredible. I am so proud of my kids and I know you are too!! Your family is beautiful.

    Love and blessings, Kristy

  8. I think I might have a little crush (in the momma-love kind of way, of course) on Elizabeth. I just love the pictures of her! Those cheeks! That smile! Those fishy lips!!!!
And there is no denying the love that you ALL have for one another! Thanks again for sharing your big ol’ family and their big ol’ love for one another with your bloggity friends 🙂
