Our Saturday Morning…

Liberty’s basketball season is over so we decided to hit up some yard sales as a family.
Coffee in hand we headed out.
One stop:  donuts {a rare treat – but we were celebratin’ and we couldn’t help ourselves}
Emmy, Savannah & Liberty {in the background}
were actin’ rather rowdy.
This mama loves makin’ these crazy family memories.
We found some unbelievable deals.
Little Miss Ruby needed some clothes….found some adorable Osh Kosh pink over-alls.
I used to always dream of my kids in overalls.
And pink Osh Kosh?
How sweet is that?
Another yard sale found a huge, gorgeous Longaberger basket for $5.00!
I’d lost one in the fire and my find was a.m.a.z.i.n.g.
Dw kinda’ groaned.  {Party pooper.} He’s never feelin’ the same love for baskets.
But I am so excited, I can hardly stand it.
They help me organize our stuff!
People at the yard sales seem to get a kick out of the kids piling out of the van.
One by one by one by one by one by one by one by one…
And here’s what we landed….
from our Saturday morning Market on the Move
{$100.00 annual fee and 60 lbs of “free” produce every single Saturday}
They had sooo much M.O.M. couldn’t give enough away.
And that just allows us the joy of sharing even more with friends!
We are now affectionately known by some friends as “the veggie fairy”.
Too much wind today so the veggie fairy was grounded…
so our friends came and hung out and sipped coffee and talked about adoption
and we sent them home with oodles of stuff…
Off to deliver more….
Thank you Lord for your provision!

  1. wow, thanking the Lord for His kindness and abundant blessings on you for your basket and beautiful free produce for just $100 a year! Isn't He awesome????? 🙂

  2. I am always amazed and a bit envious of your bounty! Beautiful and delicious! Oh, Linny, I love baskets too. When we lived in the Philippines I went crazy with their inexpensive handmade baskets…still have a few 35 yrs later! I use one for my daily devotion books 🙂
    Love R
