Grateful

Three days remain
until the celebration of Christ’s birth.
So many things for most left to do.
Have you stopped to just
Selah?
I haven’t visited all those who posted
about this past year,
but I will soon
{like when I take and Selah.}
We have had some major modifications
being done on our home to accommodate
our sweet Ruby girl and her wheelchair.
Ruby’s insurance has paid for these
and we are very grateful for that.
This also means various people coming and going
and dirt and dust and dirt and working hard
and dust and even more dirt.
*sigh*
They have done a wonderful job
and we are very thankful that it will
make caring for our precious princess a bit easier.
Autumn and Karl and baby have arrived
for a week of Christmas together.
So good for mama’s soul to have them here.
We are heading to have family pictures taken
at a neighborhood park in a few minutes.
If only we could photo shop the 10 of our family
who aren’t home.
Missing my big kids today who aren’t home
but definitely enjoying the ones that are.

  1. Such a sweet photo. Most of my favorite photos of my children include our dogs. There is something so magical about the relationship with our pets. Merry Christmas!
