to all of you, my sweet bloggy friends, who dream of being mothers, who long to be mothers, are “paper-pregnant” through adoption or pregnant in your belly, have children, step-children, foster children or kids that are “like yours”….you, my friend, are abundantly blessed….for He alone is the giver of all life…..
and being a mom or like a mom to anyone is the very highest calling and privilege….
If you notice Psalm 127:3 says, “The Fruit of THE womb is His reward”
It doesn’t say WHOSE womb….Just THE womb….
ALL children are HIS reward….

My mom has four biological and 2 adopted….that adopted number is going to double next week. Call us crazy, but we're adopting two more!! (if God continues to have that plan for us) It's James 1:27, and my parents are taking it to heart and taking it very seriously. I respect them so much and am so glad my mom is setting this example for me.

Well said!! Those are 10 beautiful reasons for celebrating Mother's Day!!! I used to cling to that verse in Psalms too when we were going through infertility. Now we have been blessed with 4 through adoption. Praise God!! I am also anxious to see the matching outfits! 🙂
