She Said “Yes!”

Oh the inexplicable joy of being a parent!

Last evening
{in our backyard},
with sweet love songs filling the air,
a completely shocked Savannah
was gently led by our son
down a candle-lit Memory Lane
laden with special photos
and
old love notes from the
past three years…
to a place where he knelt
and through tears asked her to be his wife
for the rest of their lives.

She said, “YES!” {through sobs}.

We rejoice that we will soon have another
precious daughter-in-love.

Celebrate with us –
to God be the glory, great things He has done!!
