Memorial Box Monday – Four Things

 First, I realized that I never gave away the Memorial Box from the giveaway a few weeks ago.  Ooops. Please forgive.  My brain is a little mushy with the trip to NY, to San Fran and then to Denver.  It was 7200 miles in 5 weeks for the kids and I.   Whew, somedays it feels like my body is still rolling down the road. {j/k}
So I will choose a winner in the morning.  And let’s just add a little fun to the mix.  Since I have been negligent…how about we extend the giveaway a speck?  Here’s the post that is for the drawing, leave your comment there…in fact…if you want to leave more than one – you go girl{or boy!}.  Ever been to a giveaway at a store and you can put as many entries in the box as you want?  Ever put in more than one?  I was one of those who used to.  Usually have too many little ones with me to linger these days, but many years ago – oh yeah! Oh, and by the way…I don’t think I ever won anything from a giveaway.

Have you??  Any body out there ever win something big?

So go for it.  Leave a comment {or more} here.  And I will draw in the morning and announce the winner.  And seriously, if you live in another country…I will ship internationally.  I love that many of you are from so far away…I’ve seen you sign on from some countries I’ve never even heard of – wow!  I’ve even googled where some countries are on planet Earth! Sure wish I could hug all your necks.
You guys mean so much to me.
 Every single one of you – and yes, even you lurkers –
{come on guys – you can do it! Come out of the shadows!!}

xo

Oh, almost forgot.  Told ya’ my brain is a little mushy!!
Second, my sweet Abigail and her hubby are landing in a few hours in Africa…and before long little Finley Lane will be in their arms.  I haven’t gotten the “rules” as to when Mimi can post a picture…but goodness knows, I am more than ready!!
Thirdly, I am going to just leave today’s Memorial Box Monday with a link up.  I have a really cool story to tell, but I need permission…so next week {Lord willing}.  But you guys know what to do.  Enter your permalink below…and let us celebrate with you all that God has done!!

Lastly, let’s do another Prayer Challenge! How about Wednesday? Get your requests ready and let’s watch and see what God is going to do. I have had some more people report answers…and so I am waiting for permission to post those. But Wednesday, October 20th…a day of Prayer and Fasting – for Almighty God to move the mountains!! Set aside time to pray. Set aside a meal {at least} to fast…and let’s see what corporate prayer {and fasting} does!

  1. I am so excited for Abigail and Ryan (and for YOU!). Can't wait to see beautiful pictures of their sweet little one!

    For some reason that I completely don't know, God has seen fit to bless me with winning several giveaways lately. Don't know why! But am so thankful! One of those being a wonderful Memorial Box that I won from YOU!! And something big? I just got back yesterday from a cruise with Premier Christian Cruises that I won! So exciting! 🙂

  2. Thinking of you sweet friend, knowing that Ty has gone out again, and Finley is on his way "in" . . . your heart must feel so very stretched.

    May the Lord give you peace, knowing that He has Ty's back. May He bless that little Finley man as he gets to know his mama and daddy. (And bless Mimi as she waits to meet him). May He give you strength for the day Linny, every day.

    I love you, friend.

  3. Its already past 6am on Wednesday the 20th over here in London, and I'm off for a job interview now. Before I go, I just wanted to commit to the day of fasting and praying and place my prayer request here, that God will guide me through the day of interviews, tests and other assessment exercises and that I will come out with a testimony and a job. Amen 🙂
