My pastor, Greg, and his son, Louis, are with the Go Team in Uganda. I'm a little envious 🙂
And I'm de-lurking to tell you how beautiful your family is. Greg's wife, Sara, introduced me to your blog about a year ago. Since meeting Sara about 3 or so years ago, my heart has turned more to the orphan. Listening to Him about what He wants me to do.

Wonderful and powerful post Linny.you are so right about that. It is hard to imagine eating 3 meals a week. God must weep as we do.
I've been following through my friend Sara…her husad is Greg and he's over there with DW…I just texted her and told her I didn't think I was going to make it through this mission trip! Lol…betwen the pictures Greg ent and the post DW sent I'm already in tears and wanting the Lord to bring those childre home to me here….sigh…so for now I pray..pray each and every day for the team and those being served…thanks for your ministry!

my heart breaks for those precious ones – 3x a week! And how grateful they are. We are so spoiled and sheltered here in the states.
In my prayer time all I could keep thinking is – "and those are the lucky ones!" Crazy that it is so hard to adopt (I want to go there and snatch 10 of them!) when there is such a need.
I know our God is so much bigger than the problem. Thank you to you and your family who grab the opportunity to share with us all.
