I have thoroughly enjoyed all the guesses and Facebook comments from you guys! You have made me giggle and grin more than once.
I do have to say though, I laughed right out loud when one of Dw’s BFFs texted him late yesterday something like: “So what’s the second change coming?” I mean. The desperate lengths some people will go to! (And by the way, we love y’all and miss y’all so much)!! xo And shout out to that handsome hunka-hunka husband of mine!! He responded, “She would kill me.” Go Whitey!!
Anyway, I do have to say, for those who guessed a wedding…Ummm, the oldest not married is Liberty, who is 17. So that would be a firm “NO” (from not just her but her mommy and daddy!!) Liberty actually decided years ago that Emma’s courageous decision is also hers…and she also has felt quite clearly that dating is not for her for this season. (I actually read this part to her as I proof read it and she said, “Amen and amen!” Haha!) We love Liberty’s determined spirit that seeks to honor Christ in all.
As for a baby on the way….we do have another grand on the way – however, I mentioned that sweet grand coming sometime ago on Facebook (to anyone who missed it). It’s Autumny who is pregnant. So, no, that news is “sooooo yesterday”.
Yes, I’m gonna’ say it. Straight out. I confess. I love cliffhangers. Reason with me – I don’t get a lot of avenues to have wildly, crazy-fun. This would be it. Hence the post. And you’re welcome. You know you wanted to have a brain teaser to figure out.
So given the situation as we prepare for the imminent change, I am unable to write today…and besides it will be kinda long… I really am not trying to make an ordeal out of it…you might not even be impressed….BUT for our family it’s a monumental permanent change. You actually might just have to be in our family to understand just how monumental this is. But tomorrow I will share my heart and just how nervous, scared and giddy this change makes me.
Until tomorrow, for all you inquiring-cliffhanging-minds-that-can’t-stand-not-knowing…here goes:
Savannah just came over for a few hours and when I told her about this post she laughed heartily, “Mom, you are such a punk!”
BUT WAIT!!! Before you pat her on the back for saying that, I will tell you that after saying that she and Liberty helped me decide what pictures to put in. So I may be a punk, but Savannah and Liberty are totally aiding and abetting me.
And yes, I just threw them under the bus with me.
And actually, it’s kinda quiet under here.
I think I might stay awhile.

I want to add a crazy guess to the mix for your monumental change~ you are opening your home up to Airbnb? I’m only guessing this because I booked through there for my husband & I to stay at an Airbnb the first time ever last week and also because of the pictures you posted.
You are moving back to the homestead in NY.
Oh as much fun as that would be – ummm no. I will always dream of living there again!! I miss my family and all our old friends so much!!

No, remember she tried Arizona with us?? She wasn’t a fan (and I do think she sometimes regrets that! ha!).
Maybe it’s TIME (watch) for you to go back to China and stay in a hotel (bed) to get another child (5th from China) and the child also uses a wheel(chair) because #wheelchairsarentscary
