Could He be Yours?

A family is needed for a little bi-racial treasure. He was just born on May 28th. His caregivers are working to get more medical information, but it would appear that he has very little brain stem and/or possibly hydrocephalus {what our Ruby has}.

The blessed family of this little boy should be prepared for severe special needs to even a possibility of a shortened life span.

But you know what Dw and I have long said, the only true “special need” anyone has is for a family – of his own. To love him, adore him, whisper of the mighty love of God to him and to remind him over and over and over of how deeply they themselves love him.

The family must be home study ready and able to travel to Florida immediately.

I’ll be perfectly honest. If Dw wasn’t just landing in Uganda, we would be having a mighty serious discussion at this moment.

Our Ruby has blessed our lives more than we could have ever dreamed or imagined. She is precious beyond words and each moment with her we are gifted with a treasure from the heart of God – a gem from His very hand.

If you are home study ready email Tracie at tracie@christianadoptionconsultants.com {be prepared to submit your home study electronically, along with a family profile and a letter sharing your specific interest and qualifications to take on this particular adoption}.

Please pray with my kids and I that someone out there has been already feeling a longing, tugging and prompting from the Lord and reading this post, you know. You just know. He’s the gift you have been longing, dreaming and praying for. He’s yours.

  1. I wish a homestudy took hours instead of weeks. I wish I had never let ours expire. I can't claim this little one, but I have the strongest feeling that he is going to be an absolute TREASURE to his family!
